青岛民营中小企业上市潜力分析与影响因素研究

摘　　要：上市融资是民营中小企业解决融资瓶颈、改善企业管理、提升企业素质的重要途径。青岛20家信息披露较为完整的拟上市企业财务数据显示,近年来上市后备企业多为民营高新技术型企业,影响上市潜力的因素主要包括创新能力、研发能力、盈利能力、偿债能力、运营能力和成长能力等。基于经验分析,支持民营中小企业上市应当从优化金融生态环境、加强自主研发创新、选择合适板块与时机等方面切入。Listing financing is an important way for private small and medium-sized enterprises to solve the financing bottleneck,improve enterprise management and enhance enterprise quality.According to the financial data of 20 enterprises to be listed in Qingdao with relatively complete information disclosure,in recent years,most of the listed reserve enterprises are private high-tech enterprises,and the factors affecting the listing potential mainly include innovation ability,research and development ability,profitability,solvency,operation ability and growth ability.Based on the empirical analysis,supporting the listing of private small and medium-sized enterprises should start from optimizing the financial ecological environment,strengthening independent R&D and innovation,selecting the appropriate sector and timing,etc.
