摘 要:建设思政“金课”是发挥思政课作为立德树人关键课程作用、推进思政课程高质量发展、提升思政课程育人效能的内在要求。“对话”是孔子教育教学的呈现形式。作为一种教学理念和教学精神,孔子对话教育可以为当代思政“金课”构建提供借鉴。对话式教育本质上是通过教育者和受教育者间的交流,将价值引领、知识传授、困惑解答融为一体,推进受教育者认知发展,是教育目标的生成方式。孔子对话教育彰显了教育对人的生存状态的关注;阐释了“不愤不启,不悱不发”的育人艺术;搭建起由社会实践与思想建设相结合的“大”课堂。借鉴孔子对话教育精神,在思政“金课”建设中,要以人为本开展精准思政,问题驱动促进学生价值理念的自我生成,在关注和解答现实关切中构建思政课堂。The construction of ideological and political gold courses is an inherent requirement for giving full play to the role of ideological and political courses as a key course for cultivating morality and cultivating people,promoting the high-quality development of ideological and political courses,and improving the educational efficiency of ideological and political courses.“Dialogue”is the presentation of Confucius education.As a kind of teaching idea and spirit,Confucius dialogue education can provide reference for the construction of contemporary ideological and political gold courses.In essence,dialogue education integrates value guidance,knowledge imparts and puzzlement solutions through the communication between educators and educatees to promote the cognitive development of educatees.It is a way to generate educational goals.Confucius dialogue education highlights education’s concern for the state of human existence,explains the inspiring art of“not being upset,not enlightening”,builds a“big”classroom that combines social practice and ideological construction.Drawing on the spirit of Confucius dialogue education,in the construction of ideological and political gold courses,it is necessary to carry out people-oriented and precise ideological and political education,promote problem-driven self-generation of students’values and concepts,and build ideological and political classrooms while paying attention to and answering practical concerns.
