摘 要:颏下岛状皮瓣作为局部带蒂皮瓣的代表,在口腔颌面部的修复中已得到广泛应用。但由于颏部血管及淋巴结等解剖结构呈现的个体化差异给皮瓣的制取带来了挑战。因此想要提高皮瓣的存活率,掌握颏下区解剖信息至为重要。近年来影像学技术被应用于该领域,实时探测血管以协助颏瓣移植修复术。故本文将从颏部血管的解剖、淋巴结的分布、血管的影像探测技术以及颏瓣的临床应用方面进行简单阐述。As a representative of local pedicled flaps,the submental island flap has been widely used in oral and maxillofacial repair.However,a challenge to flap fabrication has been posed due to the individual differences in the anatomical structures of the chin,such as blood vessels and lymph nodes.Therefore,it is important to grasp anatomical information about the submental region in order to improve the survival rate of the flap.In recent years,imaging techniques have been applied in this field to detect blood vessels in real time to assist in mental flap transplantation and repair.This paper briefly discusses the anatomy of the chin vessels,the distribution of lymph nodes,the imaging techniques for vascular detection,and the clinical application of mental flaps.
