摘 要:目的 通过改良小型临床评估练习(Mini-CEX)联合临床诊疗指南带教教学方法在儿科临床实习中与传统带教模式的对比研究,探究临床实习带教新模式。方法 选取2021年1月1日至12月30日在新乡医学院第一附属医院具有考研意向的儿科学实习生60名,使用随机数余数分组法将实习生分成两组,试验组30名,采用Mini-CEX联合临床诊疗指南带教方法培养;对照组30名,采用传统带教模式培养。通过比较两组学生入科与出科成绩(分为笔试与技能考核两部分)、本年度考研专业课成绩、考研国家线通过率、学生满意度、带教老师对学生满意度共五个方面进行综合评估。结果 两组入科成绩基本相当,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),试验组出科成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),两组成绩均有提高,且试验组成绩提升幅度明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组实习生考研国家线通过率分别为93.33%(28/30),73.33%(22/30),试验组考研成绩与国家线通过率均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组实习生满意度分别为(8.93±0.70)、(8.16±1.13)分,带教老师满意度分别为(8.33±0.93)、(7.20±1.02)分,试验组满意度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 新的临床实习带教模式提高了实习质量的同时还提高了考研通过率,并且获得了师生双方更好的满意度,在儿科实习改革方面具有一定借鉴意义。Objective To investigate the new guide teaching mode in clinical practice through the comparative research of the modified mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)combined with clinical diagnosis and treatment guide teaching method and conventional guide teaching mode in clinical pediatric interns.Methods A total of 60 pediatric interns who have the intention to take the postgraduate examination in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from January 1 to December 30,2021 were selected,and they were divided into the experimental group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)according to the"random number remainder grouping method".Experimental group was trained by the Mini-CEX combined with clinical diagnosis and treatment guide teaching method,while control group was trained by the conventional guide teaching mode.A total of five aspects were comprehensively evaluated by comparing the scores of the two groups of students at the time of entering and leaving the department(divided into two parts,namely written examination and skill assessment),the results of this year’s professional courses for postgraduate entrance examination,the passing rate of the national line of postgraduate entrance examination,students’satisfaction,and the teachers’satisfaction with students.Results The entrance scores of experimental group and control group were basically the same,without statistically significant differences(P>0.05).The exit scores of experimental group were superior to those of control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of both groups were improved,and the improvement range of experimental group was significantly greater than that of control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The passing rate of the national line of postgraduate entrance examination of interns in the two groups were 93.33%(28/30)and 73.33%(22/30)respectively,with the scores and the passing rate of the national line of postgraduate entrance examination in experimental group sign
