摘  要:开展继续医学教育自评工作,发现管理问题,提出改进措施并进行需求层次分析,以期构建统筹管理体系。在调查研究中发现,医疗机构对继续医学教育工作的重视程度不足,继续医学教育项目的针对性和实用性差,授课师资的教学水平参差不齐,继教管理人员交替现象较普遍,管理方式方法缺少创新。通过建立项目审批机制、师资遴选机制、监督检查机制、管理对接机制,重点推进师资授课技巧培训,落实师资授课专项补贴,安排市级专家进行实用技能培训以及二、三级医疗机构“一对一”帮扶社区卫生服务中心,使得全区卫生专业技术人员的继续教育学分达标率连续两年平均增长1.5%。This paper is intended to guide the implementation of self-assessment of continuing medical education to identify management problems,propose improvement measures and conduct hierarchical analysis of demands,with an aim to construct an overall management system.It was found by investigation that medical institutions did not pay enough attention to continuing medical education,the pertinence and practicality of continuing medical education programs were poor,the teaching level of teaching faculty varied,the phenomenon of alternation of continuing education management personnel was common,and the management modes and methods lacked innovation.Through the establishment of project approval mechanism,teacher selection mechanism,supervision and inspection mechanism,management docking mechanism,focus on promoting teacher teaching skills training,implementation of special subsidies for teacher teaching,arrangement of practical skills training by municipal experts and "one-to-one" support for community health service centers by second-and third-level medical institutions,the standard-reaching rate of continuing education credits for health professional and technical personnel in this district has increased by 1.5% on average for two consecutive years.
