摘  要:培养高层次复合应用型农业硕士既是新农科建设的必然要求,也是主动服务乡村振兴战略实施的重要路径。高层次复合应用型农业硕士既强调扎实的专业基础与跨领域的知识结构,也重视提升综合实践能力与复杂问题解决能力,还应具备良好的职业素养与较强的创新创业精神。在当前的培养实践中,存在复合应用型目标不够明确、跨领域培养机制不够健全、学硕与专硕趋于同质化培养、质量保障与监督体系不够完善等问题,使得农业硕士知识结构有待优化、综合实践能力有所缺失、人才培养质量参差不齐。未来要针对问题优化路径,从明晰专业培养目标、完善跨领域培养机制、建设优良实践基地、健全质量保障机制、深化课程思政建设等五个方面着手,提升高层次复合应用型农业硕士的培养质量。Cultivating high-level composite applied agricultural masters is not only an inevitable requirement for the construction of new agricultural science,but also an important path to actively serve the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.The high-level composite applied agricultural master's degree emphasizes not only a solid professional foundation and cross-field knowledge structure,but also comprehensive practical ability and complex problem-solving ability,good professionalism and strong innovative and entrepreneurial spirit as well.However,there are still some urgent problems that need to be solved in the actual cultivation process,for instance,the vague objective of composite application-oriented training,the weak mechanism of cross-field training,the homogeneous training of academic master and professional master,the defective quality assurance and supervision system,etc.As a result,the knowledge structure of agricultural masters needs to be further optimized,the comprehensive practical ability needs to be improved,and the quality of talent cultivation is uneven.In the future,we should optimize the path in response to these problems,and start from five aspects:clarifying the professional training objectives,improving the cross-field training mechanism,building excellent practice bases,improving the quality assurance mechanism,and deepening the construction of curriculum thinking and politics,so as to improve the training quality of high-level composite applied agricultural masters.
