急性脑梗死患者血清β-肌动蛋白与脑电图定量指标相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清β-肌动蛋白和脑电图定量指标变化,分析二者的相关性。方法选择2021年6月—2022年6月浙江省舟山医院收治的60例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,轻度组24例,中度组24例,重度组12例;另选浙江省舟山医院同期健康体检者50人作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定β-肌动蛋白水平;采用脑电图仪监测脑电图,计算DTABR值。结果脑梗死组β-肌动蛋白[(1.83±0.34)μg/L]和DTABR值(7.71±0.43)高于对照组[(0.64±0.12)μg/L和6.24±0.32],t=23.542、19.991,均P<0.05。重度组血清β-肌动蛋白[(2.29±0.41)μg/L]和DTABR值(8.54±0.47)高于中度组[(1.79±0.36)μg/L和7.68±0.42]与轻度组[(1.27±0.28)μg/L和6.63±0.34],均P<0.05;且中度组β-肌动蛋白水平和DTABR值高于轻度组(均P<0.05)。经Pearson分析,β-肌动蛋白与DTABR值呈线性正相关关系(r=0.584,P=0.002)。经多因素logistic回归分析,β-肌动蛋白和DTABR值为脑梗死患者病情程度的影响因素。结论急性脑梗死患者β-肌动蛋白和DTABR值明显升高,与病情严重程度密切相关,且血清β-肌动蛋白水平与DTABR值呈正相关关系。Objective To explore the changes of serumβ-actin and quantitative indicators EEG of acute cerebral infarction,and analyses its correlation.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction from June 2021 to June 2022 in Zhoushan Hospital of Zhejiang Province were selected.There were 24 cases in mild group,24 cases in moderate group and 12 cases in severe group;Another 50 cases of physical examination in the same period in Zhoushan Hospital of Zhejiang Province were selected as the control group.β-actin level measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.EEG was used to monitor patients'EEG,and relative power value and power ratio index of each frequency band(DTABR)was calculated.Results Theβ-actin level[(1.83±0.34)μg/L]and DTABR value(7.71±0.43)in the cerebral infarction group were higher than those in the control group[(0.64±0.12)μg/L and 6.24±0.32],t=23.542,19.991,both P<0.05.Theβ-actin level[(2.29±0.41)μg/L]and DTABR value(8.54±0.47)in the severe group were higher than those in the moderate group[(1.79±0.36)μg/L and 7.68±0.42]and mild group[(1.27±0.28)μg/L and 6.63±0.34],all P<0.05,while theβ-actin level and DTABR value in the moderate group were higher than those in the mild group(all P<0.05).The Pearson analysis showed that the level ofβ-actin was positively correlated with the DTABR value(r=0.584,P=0.002).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed thatβ-actin and DTABR were the influencing factors for patients with cerebral infarction.Conclusion Serumβ-actin level and DTABR value in patients with acute cerebral infarction significantly increase,which are closely related to the severity of the disease,and the level ofβ-actin is positively correlated with the value of DTABR.
