摘 要:反应釜内的温度变化具有大滞后、时变、非线性等特点,且内在机理复杂,难以确立精确模型.其工艺要求较高,常规的PID算法对反应釜系统控制品质较差,难以满足工艺需求.为了解决该问题,提出了基于继电反馈的预测PI控制算法.该方法利用单次非对称周期继电器反馈测试,推导出在过程响应中相应极限环的精确表达式,再根据极限环中可测数据获得被控对象的参数,并对获得的被控对象采用预测PI算法进行控制研究.仿真结果表明:该方法易整定,响应速度快,具有良好的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力.The temperature change in the reactor has the characteristics of large delay,time-varying and nonlinear,and the internal mechanism is complex,so it is difficult to establish an accurate model.The conventional PID algorithm has poor quality control for the reactor system,which is difficult to meet the process requirements.To solve above problems,a predictive PI control algorithm based on relay feedback is proposed.The algorithm applies a single asymmetric periodic relay feedback test,and the exact expression of the corresponding limit ring in the process response is derived.The parameters of the controlled object are obtained further according to the measurable data in the limit ring.The control study is conducted for the obtained controlled object with application of the predictive PI algorithm.The simulation results show that the method has the characteristics of easy to tuning,fast response speed,good robustness and antiinterference ability.
