摘 要:具有灵活功率控制能力的分布式电源(DG)能够调整网络潮流分布,有助于含DG配电网的故障恢复。近年来,利用网络重构和DG功率控制协同的故障恢复方法快速发展。两种恢复手段协同下的暂态电气量变化可能威胁故障恢复过程的安全,尤其是合环电压波动相关研究尚处于起步阶段。为此,文中提出考虑合环电压波动抑制的配电网故障恢复协同控制方法。立足于故障恢复后系统状态和恢复过程中电压波动,分析了DG出力调节与开关动作协同的必要性;建立了考虑故障恢复后系统状态的上层模型和考虑恢复过程中电压波动的下层模型,形成了以“DG出力调节—闭合支路开关—断开支路开关—DG出力复位”为基本步骤的控制次序组合;进而提出了故障恢复分步实施方案的生成方法。算例表明,该方法能够最大限度保证故障恢复过程安全与恢复后系统状态,有效提升含DG配电网的供电可靠性。The distributed generator(DG)with flexible power control capability can adjust the distribution of network power flow,which contributes to the fault restoration of distribution network with DG.In recent years,fault restoration methods using network reconfiguration and DG power control collaboration have been developing rapidly.The transient electrical changes caused by the cooperation of the two recovery methods may threaten the safety of the fault restoration process,especially the research related to the closed-loop voltage fluctuations is still in its infancy.Therefore,this paper proposes a cooperative control method for distribution network fault restoration considering closed-loop voltage fluctuation suppression.Based on the system state after fault restoration and voltage fluctuations during the restoration,the necessity of the cooperation between DG output regulation and switching operation is analyzed.An upper-level model considering the system state after fault restoration and a lower-level model considering the voltage fluctuation during the restoration are established,forming a control sequence combination with the basic steps of“DG output regulation-closing branch switch-opening branch switch-DG output reset”.Furthermore,a method of generating a step-by-step implementation scheme for fault restoration is proposed.The case study shows that this method can maximize the security of recovery process and the system state after fault restoration,and effectively improve the power supply reliability of the distribution network containing DGs.
