摘　　要：中国式现代化视域下,高职教育多元共治能够统筹协调高职教育工作,形塑多维、多层、多界与多域的复合型治理体系。随着中国式现代化建设进程的逐步推进,高职教育治理模式由“单维”“分裂”向“多元”“融合”转变,可推动高职院校、政府与企业等办学主体实现多元共治。面向中国式现代化建设,高职教育多元共治有助于完善现代治理标准、优化高职教育治理结构、增强高职教育适应性。着眼于中国式现代化建设的现实诉求,结合高职教育多元共治的多维解码与价值取向,高职院校应明确高职教育治理定位,强化战略研判力;完善高职教育治理体系,增强制度执行力;优化高职教育治理手段,提升资源整合力。In the context of Chinese-style modernization,the pluralistic co-governance of higher vocational education can coordinate the work of higher vocational education and form a multi-dimensional,multi-layer,multi-boundary and multi-domain composite governance system.With the gradual development of construction on Chinese-style modernization,the governance mode of higher vocational education has changed from“one-dimensional”and“split”to“multi-dimensional”and“integration”,it can promote higher vocational colleges,government and enterprises to realize multi-subject co-governance.Facing the Chinese-style modernization,multi-governance of higher vocational education helps to optimize the modern governance standards,consummate the governance structure of higher vocational education,and enhance the adaptability of higher vocational education.Focusing on the realistic demand of the construction on Chinese-style modernization and combining with multi-dimensional decoding and value orientation of multigovernance of higher vocational education,higher vocational colleges should find the orientation of higher vocational education governance to strengthen strategic judgment,complete the management system of higher vocational education to strengthen the executive power of the system,optimize the management method of higher vocational education to enhance the integration of resources.
