摘 要:现代职业教育集团化办学是新时期破解校企质壁分离,增强职业教育适应性的重要举措。其身份角色在“反客为主”的转变中既是深化企业与区域融合度的重要途径,还是实现校企共生场域建构的重要依托,更是加快形成职业教育高质量发展共同体的应有选择。而实然状态下“校热企冷”的实然桎梏、企业主导地位的现实尴尬、主体合作维度浮于浅层、企业主导形式窄化等依然是制约企业主体地位确证的现实障碍。基于此,企业主体地位实现的关键在于正向引导企业的关键引领者、最大受益者和职业教育深化发展主体人角色的确证。根本保障在于提升企业主导积极性与责任意识,完善政策细则与保障制度的牵引功能,整合社会多渠道的支持与保障,提升职业院校办学的区域适切性。The school-running of modern vocational education group is an important measure to break the separation between schools and enterprises,and improve the adaptability of vocational education.The role of its identity in the“anti-customer-oriented”transformation is not only an important way to deepen the integration of enterprises and regions,but also an important support for the construction of school-enterprise symbiosis field,and it is an inherent choice to accelerate the formation of high-quality development community of vocational education.However,the actual shackles of“school hot and enterprise cold”in the actual state,the actual embarrassment of the dominant position of enterprises,the superficial cooperation dimension of the main body,and the narrowing of the dominant form of enterprise are still practical obstacles restricting the confirmation of the main body position of the enterprise.Based on this,the key to the realization of the status of a corporate entity lies in the confirmation of the role of the key leader,the biggest beneficiary and the subject of the deepening development of vocational education.Fundamental guarantee is to increase revenue and reduce expenditure,so as to enhance the enterprise's leading enthusiasm and sense of responsibility;clarify rights and responsibilities,so as to improve policy rules and the traction function of the guarantee system;build consensus,so as to integrate social support and guarantee from multiple channels;improve quality and empowerment,so as to improve the ability of vocational colleges to run schools with regional relevance.
