丁苯酞-两亲碳质微球材料的制备与表征

摘  要:制备两种型号的包埋了丁苯酞的两亲性碳质微球Ⅰ-ACPs@NBP和Ⅱ-ACPs@NBP,研究其包埋率和缓释性.先用丙酮对酵母细胞进行预处理,然后再将酵母细胞进行温和的水热碳化(180~200℃,8~12 h),取部分处理液直接烘干得到Ⅰ-ACPs;其余处理液经硫酸处理数小时,清洗,离心,55℃烘干便得到Ⅱ-ACPs;将Ⅰ-ACPs和Ⅱ-ACPs均匀分散于超纯水中,添加丁苯酞,常温下180 r/m振荡5 h,离心烘干便得到Ⅰ-ACPs@NBP和Ⅱ-ACPs@NBP.Ⅰ-ACPs@NBP和Ⅱ-ACPs@NBP制备成功,包埋效果好,且具有良好的两亲性和缓释性.Ⅰ-ACPs@NBP的包埋率和缓释性要略优于Ⅱ-ACPs@NBP.Ⅰ-ACPs@NBP和Ⅱ-ACPs@NBP可添加于水凝胶等医用敷料促进伤口愈合.Two types of amphiphilic hollow carbon microspheres embedded with butylphthalide Ⅰ-ACPs@NBP and Ⅱ-ACPs@NBP were prepared to study their embedding rates and slow release features.The yeast cells were pretreated with acetone,and then carbonized under mild hydrothermal conditions(180-200℃,8-12 h).Part of the conditioning fluid was directly dried to obtain Ⅰ-ACPs.The other conditioning fluid was treated with sulfuric acid for several hours,cleaned,centrifuged and dried at 55℃ to obtain Ⅱ-ACPs.The Ⅰ-ACPs and Ⅱ-ACPs were evenly dispersed in ultra-pure water,with butylphthalide added and shaken at 180 r/m for 5 h at room temperature,and then Ⅰ-ACPs@NBP and Ⅱ-ACPs@NBP were obtained by centrifugal and drying.Ⅰ-ACPs@NBP and Ⅱ-ACPs@NBP were successfully prepared with good embedding effects,good amphipathies and slow release features.The embedding rate and slow release feature of Ⅰ-ACPs@NBP are slightly better than that of Ⅱ-ACPs@NBP.Ⅰ-ACPs@NBP and Ⅱ-ACPs@NBP can be added to hydrogel and other medical dressings to promote wound to heal.
