摘　　要：本研究选取2名民办托育机构负责人为研究对象,采用文本分析法、观察法和访谈法,探究其处理外部公共关系方面的工作内容与工作困境。研究结果显示,托育机构负责人处理外部公共关系的工作内容在其日常工作中占较大比重;工作对象主要包括“政府部门和监管机构”“家庭和家长”“同行业机构”和“社区”;工作中面临的困境主要涉及“规范经营困境”“服务供给困境”“竞争压力困境”和“组织管理困境”。基于此,本研究从严守规定、把握需求、同行合作和统筹兼顾四个方面提出建议。This stuady selected two directors of private childcare instirutions as research subjects,using methods of text analysis,observation,and interview to explore their work content and dilemma in handling external public relations.The results show that the daily work accounts for a large proportion of their work content;The main job targets include"govermment departments and regulatory agencies","families and parents","institutions in the same industry",and"cormmunities";The dilernma faced in work mainly involve"regulatory management dilemuma","service supply dilemm","competitive pressure dilemma.and"organizational management dilemma".Based on this,the study proposes sugstions from four aspects:learming rules,grasping needs,peer cooperation,and overall planning.
