化痰通络汤加减辅治缺血性脑卒中风痰阻络型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察化痰通络汤加减辅治缺血性脑卒中(CIS)风痰阻络型的效果。方法:98例用随机数字表法分为两组各49例。两组均予以西医常规治疗,观察组加用化痰通络汤加减治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中医证候积分及神经功能缺损(NIHSS)低于对照组,Barthel指数(BI)高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组未见严重不良反应。结论:西医常规治疗的基础上加用化痰通络汤加减治疗CIS风痰阻络型可提高疗效。Objective:To observe the effect of modified Dissipating Phlegm and Dredging Channel Decoction in the treatment of cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS)with syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals.Methods:Ninty-eight cases were randomly divided into two groups,49 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group were treated with modified Dissipating Phlegm and Dredging Channel Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score and neurological deficit(NIHSS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the Barthel index(BI)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,modified Dissipating Phlegm and Dredging Channel Decoction in the treatment of CIS with syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals could improve the curative effect.
