针刺配合红外线照射辅治中风偏瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺配合红外线照射辅治中风偏瘫的疗效。方法:216例按随机数字表法分为两组各108例。两组均给予常规对症治疗和红外线照射治疗,观察组加用针刺治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医证候积分、NIHSS评分较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后FMA评分、MBI评分较治疗前提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合红外线照射辅治中风偏瘫疗效较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with infrared irradiation on apoplectic hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 216 cases were randomly divided into two groups,108 cases in each group.The two groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment and infrared radiation treatment,and the observation group were treated with acupuncture in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and NIHSS in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The FMA score and MBI score of the two groups afer treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with infrared irradiation is effective in the treatment of apoplectic hemiplegia.
