温中健脾汤结合西药四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡脾胃虚寒型疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温中健脾汤结合西药四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性消化性溃疡的效果。方法:80例随机分为两组各40例,两组均予以西药四联疗法治疗,观察组加用温中健脾汤治疗。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率及Hp转阴率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组IL-2较对照组高,IL-6、TNF-α指标较对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组生活质量(SF-36)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温中健脾汤结合西药四联疗法治疗Hp相关性消化性溃疡可提高治疗效果。Objective:To observe the effect of Wenzhong Jianpi Decoction combined with quadruple therapy of western medicine on Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-related peptic ulcer.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with western medicine quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with Wenzhong Jianpi Decoction.Results:Affer treatment,the total effective rate and Hp negative rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-2 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and IL-6 and TNF-αwere lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life(SF-36)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wenzhong Jianpi Decoction combined with quadruple therapy of western medicine could improve the therapeutic effect of Hp-related peptic ulcer.
