摘　　要：当前国家十分重视市域(郊)铁路的发展,利用既有铁路发展市域(郊)铁路为优先考虑模式,但当前利用既有铁路开行市域(郊)列车技术标准研究尚未形成体系。基于直接利用既有铁路富余能力开行市域(郊)列车、改造既有铁路后开行市域(郊)列车和利用既有铁路通道新建市域(郊)铁路3种建设模式,应用调研分析、对比分析等手段从运输组织、正线数量、速度目标值、车站分布、车辆编组、既有设施利用等方面进行归纳总结,系统全面地梳理了不同设计场景下利用既有铁路开行市域(郊)列车主要技术标准,得出以上6个方面具体设计参数取值或应采用的技术体系,以期为我国后续利用既有铁路开行市域(郊)列车项目建设提供建议。At present,China attaches great importance to the development of urban(suburban)railway,and the prioritized mode is to develop urban(suburban)railways by using existing railways.But there􀆳s no complete system of the research on its technical standards.On the base of the three construction modes of directly using the surplus capacity of the existing railway to develop urban(suburban)trains,transforming the existing railways to develop urban(suburban)trains,and using the existing railway access to build new urban(suburban)railways,and by means of investigation analysis and comparative analysis,this paper summarizes the transportation organization,number of main lines,speed target value,station distribution,vehicle marshalling and utilization of existing facilities,etc.,systematically and comprehensively combs out the main technical standards of using existing railways to develop urban(suburban)trains in different design scenarios,and puts forward the specific design parameter value or adopted technical system in the above six aspects.This paper expects to provide suggestions for the future construction of urban(suburban)train projects by using existing railways in China.
