中日德铁路山岭隧道设计对比研究

摘  要:为更好、更经济地修建铁路山岭隧道,完善中国铁路隧道标准体系,将中国与同样采用复合式衬砌隧道的典型国家——日本及德国关于铁路山岭隧道结构设计进行对比分析,分析项目包括三国铁路隧道标准体系、荷载计算以及结构设计理念及方法。研究结果表明:(1)中德日都形成了比较完备、相似、系统的隧道设计标准体系;(2)中德日铁路隧道均采用新奥法理念,但结构体系不同,中国在Ⅳ~Ⅵ级围岩下利用荷载分担比的概念考虑二衬的作用,德国则只在运营期考虑二次衬砌的承载作用,日本则是将二次衬砌作为安全储备;(3)设计方法大体相似,区别在于德国隧道按逐个隧道工点设计,中国、日本颁布了通用参考图按标准化设计,德国针对性更强,中国日本效率更高。For better and more economical construction of railway mountain tunnel and improving railway tunnel standard system in our country,this paper compares and analyzes structural design of railway tunnel standard system,load calculation and structural design concept and method of China,Japan and Germany of three typical countries adopting composite lining for railway mountain tunnels.The results show that:(1)Relatively complete,similar and systematic tunnel design standard system has been formed in China,Germany and Japan;(2)The railway tunnels in the three countries all adopt the NEW Austrian Tunneling Method,but the structural systems are different.China considers the role of secondary lining by using the concept of load sharing ratio under the surrounding rock ofⅣ~Ⅵ,Germany only holds the bearing role of secondary lining during the operation period,and Japan takes the secondary lining as safety reserve;(3)The design methods are generally similar,but the difference is that German tunnels are designed on a one-by-one basis,while China and Japan follow general reference maps based on standardized design.Germany is more targeted,while China and Japan are more efficient.
