摘 要:以中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)为研究对象,对其生长周期中有色溶解有机物(CDOM)的光学特性变化、藻源CDOM在不同波长辐照下的降解和一氧化碳(CO)的产生情况进行探究.结果表明,在微藻生长过程中,CDOM吸收系数a(350)呈现先降低后增加的趋势.辨别出2种类腐殖质组分C1(E_(x)/E_(m)=325/395nm)和C2(E_(x)/E_(m)=265/445nm)以及1种类蛋白质组分C3(E_(x)/E_(m)=275/345nm).随着辐照波长范围的增加,a(350)及荧光组分的荧光强度在不同生长阶段的损失率均呈现升高趋势.在光照9h后,a(350)分别在280~800,315~800和400~800nm辐照波长下平均降低了69.07%±8.23%、51.85%±12.54%和31.12%±3.40%.此外,藻源CDOM的降解产物CO随辐照波长范围的增加而升高,紫外光对CO生成的贡献超过70%.The optical properties of chromophoric dissolved organic matter(CDOM)during the growth of Skeletonema costatum,the degradation of its algae-derived CDOM and the generation of carbon monoxide(CO)under different wavelengths of irradiation were studied.The results showed that during the growth of Skeletonema costatum,the CDOM absorption coefficients(a(350))first decreased and then increased.Three fluorescent components were identified during the culture,including C1(humic-like substance,E_(x)/E_(m)=325nm/395nm),C2(humic-like substance,E_(x)/E_(m)=265nm/445nm)and C3(protein-like substance,E_(x)/E_(m)=275nm/345nm).With the increase of irradiation wavelength,the loss rates of a(350)and the fluorescence intensities of fluorescent components in different growth phases showed an increasing trend.After 9hours of irradiation at 280~800nm,315~800nm and 400~800nm wavelengths,the a(350)was averagely reduced by 69.07%±8.23%,51.85%±12.54%,31.12%±3.40%,respectively.In addition,the production of CO from the photodegradationof algae-derived CDOM increased with the increase of the irradiation wavelength,and the contribution of ultraviolet light to CO production was more than 70%.
