摘 要:在汽车新品开发过程中,转向器齿条力是EPS选型匹配中所需要的一个重要参数,EPS选型结果直接影响车辆的转向性能以及操纵稳定性能。利用CANoe软件读取齿条力计算所需要的EPS输入和输出扭矩,然后根据转向系统的传动比通过换算得到汽车转向器的齿条力。与应变电阻测量方法对比发现:该文介绍的测试方法合理,可在汽车设计开发过程中用于转向器齿条力测试,而且通过此方法测定汽车转向器齿条力既方便快捷又可以避免测试设备引起的误差。In the process of automobile new product development,steering gear rack force is an important parameter needed in EPS selection and matching.EPS selection results directly affect the steering performance and handling stability performance of vehicles.CANoe software was used to read the required EPS input and output torques for rack force calculations and then convert them to obtain the rack forces of the vehicle steering system based on the steering system transmission ratio.Compared with the strain resistance measurement method,it is found that the method introduced in this paper is reasonable and can be used to measure the rack force of the steering gear in the process of automobile design and development.Moreover,it is convenient and quick to measure the rack force of the steering gear and can avoid the error caused by the testing equipment.
