摘 要:间作套种可增加田间物种多样性,是生态化防病治虫的重要途径之一。为明确孜然与辣椒间作模式对辣椒病毒病发生的影响,在田间设置了孜然+辣椒间作与辣椒单作的两种处理,在秋季分别采集辣椒叶片样品,采用RTPCR和实时荧光定量技术进行辣椒病毒病检测。检测结果显示,单作区辣椒病毒病总检出率为100%,间作区辣椒病毒病总检出率为61.33%,且单作区辣椒病毒检测含量在间作区的2倍以上,无论是病毒病发生率还是病毒含量,辣椒单作区均明显高于孜然与辣椒间作区,由此证实孜然与辣椒间作对辣椒病毒病的田间发生确有控制作用,采取该模式有利于减轻加工辣椒病毒病的发生。Intercropping can increase the diversity of species in the field,which is an important way of ecological disease and pest control.To provide a theoretical basis for the scientific use of ecological disease prevention technology to reduce the occurrence of processing pepper virus disease,we determined the effect of cumin and pepper intercropping on the occurrence of pepper virus disease.In this study,two treatments of cumin and pepper intercropping and pepper monoculture were set up in the field.Pepper leaf samples were collected in autumn and pepper virus disease was detected by RT-PCR and real-time quantitative fluorescence techniques.The results showed that the total detection rate of pepper virus disease in the monoculture area was 100%,and the total detection rate of pepper virus disease in the intercropping area was 61.33%.The detection level of pepper virus in the monoculture area was about more than two times higher than that in the intercropping area.Both the incidence and virus content of the pepper monoculture area were significantly higher than those of the pepper and cumin intercropping area which confirmed that cumin and pepper intercropping had a controlling effect on the occurrence of pepper virus disease in the field.
