论特立精神在“红色长师”建设中的作用

摘　　要：“特立精神”的首次提出是在2020年李学全、梁堂华、伍春辉发表的论文《“特立精神”及其传统文化渊源探析》。特立精神的内涵集中体现在“革命第一、工作第一、他人第一”。“革命第一”的特立精神引领“红色长师”建设的正确方向,“工作第一”的特立精神凝聚“红色长师”建设的团结力量,“他人第一”的特立精神倡导“红色长师”建设的个人奉献。The concept of"Teli Spirit"was first put forward in 2020 in the paper Analysis of the Connotation of Xu Teli Spirit and Its Origin of Traditional Chinese Culture published by Li Xue-quan,Liang Tang-hua and Wu Chun-hui.The connotation of unique spirit is embodied in"revolution first,work first and others first".For the construction of"Revolutionary CSNU",the spirit of"revolution first"leads its right direction;the spirit of"work first"gathers its united force;and the spirit of"others first"advocates its individual dedication.
