“双标衔接”的培养模式下特种设备安全特色课程体系研究与实践

摘　　要：为提高安全工程专业人才的培养质量,本文提出推行专业认证标准和注册安全工程师执业标准“双标衔接”的培养模式,探讨挖掘专业办学特色的必要性和方法。以河北大学安全工程特种设备安全办学特色为例,探讨以突出专业特色为主线确定培养目标、梳理毕业要求、构建课程体系和打造特色课程的路径及方法,介绍“机电类特种设备安全”课程的教学目标、教学方式方法和课程评价体系。结果表明:推行“双标衔接”模式、突出专业特色对完善培养方案、提高人才培养质量具有促进作用,用人单位对培养方案满意程度达93%,“机电类特种设备安全”课程良好率达56%,为同类课程改革提供参考。In order to improve the cultivating quality of safety engineering professional talents,this study proposes the implementation of the talent cultivating mode based on the convergence of two standards,that is the standard of engineering education professional accreditation and the standard of certified safety engineer practice,and discusses the necessity and methods of the analysis of characteristics of professional education.The special equipment safety characteristic of the safety engineering specialty at Hebei University is employed as an example.The path and method of the determination of training objectives,the arrangement of graduation requirements,and the construction of course system and characteristic course are discussed with the main line of highlighting the characteristics of specialty.Subsequently,the teaching objective,teaching method,and curriculum evaluation system of the safety of electrical and mechanical special equipment course are introduced.Results show that the implementation of two standards convergence training mode and the highlight of specialty characteristics have strong promoting effects on the improvement of cultivating program and cultivating quality of safety engineering talents.The satisfaction degree of employers about the cultivating program reaches 93%,the good rate of final scores of the safety of electrical and mechanical special equipment courses reaches 56%,which provides reference for the reform of similar curriculums.
