摘 要:孟子的人性实践论是伦理主体、伦理实体和伦理生态共同构成的伦理秩序。在孟子那里,伦理主体保持先天善心,如果伦理主体失去善心,则求其放心,以返回善之本性;伦理实体的使命是实行仁政以争取民心;伦理生态秉持人、仁政与自然和谐共处的互惠原则,如果二者发生冲突,则秉持人、仁政优先于自然的原则。孟子人性实践论既有其生命力,亦有其缺陷,因此孟子人性实践论尚需注入当代文明的新要素。Mencius’theory of human practice is a three-dimensional order of ethical practice jointly constituted by ethical subject practice,ethical entity practice and ethical ecological practice.For Mencius,an ethical subject keeps an innate good heart,and if the ethical subject loses the good heart,it should be restored to its good nature by cultivating goodness through finding the lost“original heart”.The mission of an ethical entity is to implement benevolent government to win the hearts of its people;an ethical ecology ad⁃heres to the reciprocal principle of harmonious coexistence of human beings,benevolent polices and nature.If there is confrontation a⁃mong them,the principle to be upheld is that human beings and benevolent policies take precedence over nature.Mencius’practical theory of human nature has both its vitality and defects.Therefore,Mencius’practical theory of human nature needs to be infused with some new elements of contemporary civilization.
