AUPHA国际认证对华中科技大学卫生管理本科专业教育高质量发展的启示

摘　　要：在国家“双一流”工程建设和高等教育国际化的时代背景下,我国卫生管理专业(同教育部“卫生事业管理专业方向”)需要探索构建既能体现自身特色优势,又能融入社会科学的本科专业认证体系。基于卫生管理专业大学联盟(association of university programs in health administration,AUPHA)国际认证项目,本文介绍卫生管理本科专业AUPHA国际认证相关资格、认证标准、申请与评审流程,然后以华中科技大学卫生管理本科专业2022年10月通过AUPHA国际认证为例,结合我国新文科教育的时代要求,分析国际认证作用和实践经验,本文提出国际认证是卫生管理专业高质量发展的重要途径,从专业愿景与使命、课程体系设置、教学质量控制体系与教育教学资源建设4个方面,致力于提高卫生管理专业人才培养质量和国际化办学水平。Under the background of the national"double first-class"construction project and the internationalization of higher education,healthcare administration program(here it referred to as"health care management specialty")needs to explore health administration program certification system that can reflect its own characteristics and advantages and integrate into social sciences.Based on the guidance of association of university programs in health administration(AUPHA)International certification program,this article introduces the relevant qualifications,certification criterions,application and review process of AUPHA international certification for undergraduate health administration program.In October,2022,undergraduate health administration specialty of Huazhong university of science and technology was certificated successfully by AUPHA international certification,based on the requirements of the new era of liberal arts education,through analyzing the role of international certification and practical experience,we point out the inevitability of health administration specialty seeking high quality development and reform of professional education,and puts forward the four aspects of professional vision and mission,curriculum system setting,teaching quality control system and education and teaching resources construction to improve the quality of health administration specialty talent training and the level of international education.
