摘　　要：习近平总书记在中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会上强调,中国式现代化是物质文明和精神文明相协调的现代化。社会主义核心价值观是最持久、最深层的精神力量,马克思和恩格斯关于文化育人的重要思想是社会主义国家文化育人思想的理论基础,自由、平等、公正是马克思主义倡导的核心价值观的基本价值内涵,中华优秀传统文化蕴含的礼仪教化,道统永续;崇尚圣贤、修身养性等育人思想是社会主义核心价值观的文化底色。中国共产党的历史实践和时代探索是社会主义核心价值观的生成基础和现实素材,它不仅是对当代中国精神最好的诠释,也是推进中国现代化建设事业的精神旗帜。研究社会主义核心价值观的理论基础,进而掌握它的深刻内涵和发展逻辑,以更好地发挥强大的育人功能,为中国式现代化提供坚实的思想文化助力。General Secretary Xi Jin-ping emphasized at the 20th Party Congress that Chinese-style mod⁃ernization is a modernization in which material and spiritual civilizations are harmonized.Socialist core values as a most lasting and deep spiritual force,the important ideas of Marx and Engels on cultural nurturing are the theoretical basis of the idea of cultural nurturing in socialist countries,freedom,equality and justice are the ba⁃sic value connotation of the core values advocated by Marxism,and the ritual teaching and moral continuity con⁃tained in the excellent Chinese traditional culture;the idea of nurturing people such as revering sages and culti⁃vating one’s moral character is Its cultural undertones.The historical practice and exploration of the Chinese Communist Party are the basis for its creation and realistic materials.It is not only the best interpretation of the spirit of contemporary China,but also the spiritual flag in promoting the cause of modernization and construc⁃tion in China.We should study the theoretical basis of socialist core values and grasp their profound connotation and development logic,so as to better exert its powerful nurturing function and provide a solid ideological and cultural boost for Chinese-style modernization.
