摘 要:针对当前单一剖面的路面跳车检测方法难以完整反映跳车的问题,提出基于线结构光的多剖面检测方法。通过线结构光获得多剖面的路面全幅点云信息,基于点云路面纹理特点分离提取路面变形损坏轮廓,利用断面高差特征还原路面标准轮廓,形成变形损坏病害图像;结合车轮和病害的接触状态,计算变形损坏病害处多剖面高差;计算和评估路面跳车情况。实验结果表明,该方法重复性在99%以上,与人工测量结果相关性约为98.83%,验证了方法的可行性。Aiming at the problem that the current single profile pavement bumping detection method is difficult to fully reflect bumping,a multi profile detection method based on line structured light was proposed.The full range point cloud information of multi section pavement was obtained through line structured light.The pavement deformation and damage contour was separated and extracted based on the texture characteristics of point cloud pavement.The standard contour of pavement was restored using the characteristics of section height difference to form the image of deformation and damage disease.Combined with the contact state between wheel and disease,the multi section height difference at the deformation and damage disease was calculated,and the bumping condition of pavement was calculated and evaluated.Experimental results show that the repeatability of this method is more than 99%,and the correlation with manual measurement results is about 98.83%,which verifies the feasibility.
