摘　　要：自19世纪初西方大学确立科学研究职能以来,西方大学中涌现出众多著名的大学学派,这些学派在推动各自学科领域的学术繁荣方面做出了卓越贡献。考察西方大学学派的发展历程与成功因素,可以发现学派领袖人物发挥了至关重要的作用。从学派的孵化孕育,到学派的组织运行,再到学派的代际传承,都离不开学派领袖人物的引领和推动。综合而言,学派领袖人物在大学学派发展过程中扮演了多重角色,他们是学派研究范式的引领者、学派研究团队的凝聚者、学派学术活动的组织者、学派新生力量的培育者以及学派价值文化的打造者。分析和借鉴西方大学学派领袖人物的学术角色,有助于我国大学更好地开展学术团队建设,以培养出符合我国大学学科建设需求的优秀学术带头人。Since the establishment of the scientific research function in Western universities in the early 19th century,many famous university schools have emerged in Western universities,and these schools have made remarkable contributions to the promotion of academic prosperity in their respective fields of study.An examination of the development and success factors of Western university schools reveals the crucial role played by school leaders.From the incubation of a school,to its organization and operation,to its intergenerational transmission,the leadership of school leaders is indispensable.Overall,school leaders have played multiple roles in the development of the university schools.They are the leaders of the school's research paradigm,the cohesion of the school's research team,the organizers of the school's academic activities,the cultivators of the school's new forces,and the builders of the school's value culture.Analyzing and learning from the academic roles of Western university school leaders can help our universities better carry out academic team building in order to cultivate excellent academic leaders who meet the needs of our university discipline construction.
