藏医药保护传承与创新发展体系构建——基于四川省阿坝藏族羌族自治州马尔康市的田野调查

摘　　要：马尔康是嘉绒的核心地区,藏医药具有悠久的历史。对马尔康市藏医药现状进行分级分层地田野调查,采取实地调研、问卷调查、访谈交流之后,发现马尔康市道地藏药材资源丰富,藏医药文化底蕴深厚,藏医药技术逐步受到重视,但政策落实不到位、资源部分闲置、专业人才匮乏等问题仍相对突出。因此,提高藏医药技术应用水平、拓宽藏医药文化影响范围、贯彻藏医药医保报销政策和促进藏医药人才多元发展体系构建等相关措施应提上议事日程。Ma’erkang is the core area of Jiarong Tibetan region,and Tibetan medicine has a long history.The present situation of Tibetan medicine in Ma’erkang was investigated by field survey,questionnaire survey and interview.It is found that Ma’erkang is abundant in resources of Tibetan genuine medicinal materials,profound in the cultural heritage of Tibetan medicine,and involved in Tibetan medicine technology;but there are still significant problems such as incomplete implementation of policies,idle resources and relatively lack of professional talents.Therefore,relevant suggestions were put forward to improve the application level of Tibetan medicine technology,to broaden the scope of influence of Tibetan medicine culture,to implement Tibetan medicine medical insurance reimbursement policy and to promote the establishment of a diversified development system for Tibetan medicine talents.
