2017~2021年丽水市无偿献血人群分布特征调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解丽水市无偿献血者人群的分布情况。方法收集丽水市中心血站2017年1月~2021年12月在全市参与无偿献血的所有人群的资料,用浙江省血液管理信息系统V3.0软件系统进行统计和分析。结果2017~2021年丽水市街头献血人数逐年递增,男性多于女性,男女献血比例为1.56∶1;36~45岁组与46~55岁组分别占总献血人数的28.62%和27.42%,合计达到56.04%;初中、大专、农民和职工献血比例较高,分别为28.06%、32.00%、10.26%、16.41%。结论通过调查丽水市献血人群的分布特征情况,制定更为个性化、行之有效的献血策略,确保本地区无偿献血的可持续发展。Objective To understand the distribution of voluntary blood donors in Lishui City.Methods The people who participated in the voluntary blood donation from January 2017 to December 2021 were collected.The data of the vol-untary blood donors was analyzed by using the BIS 3.0 software system of Zhejiang Province.Results From 2017 to 2021,the number of street blood donors in Lishui City increased yearby year,More men than women,the ratio of male to female blood donation is 1.56∶1.The 36-45 years old group and the 46-55 years old group respectively account for 28.62%and 27.42%,which total account for 56.04%.High proportion of blood donation in farmers,employees,junior high schools and colleges,respectively account for 28.06%,32.00%,10.26%,16.41%.Conclusion By investigating the distribution characteristics of blood donors in Lishui city,the moreindividual and effective donation strategies were formulated,thus to ensure the sustainable development of unpaid blood donation in the region.
