摘 要:【目的】探究不同产地黑果腺肋花楸果实营养成分差异,为黑果腺肋花楸在宁夏的进一步开发利用提供依据。【方法】以宁夏泾源县、黑龙江黑河市栽培的四年生黑果腺肋花楸不同品种果实为试材,测定其成熟期的营养成分。【结果】①不同栽培环境下,除宁夏泾源县黑宝石果实中检出15种水解氨基酸外,宁夏泾源县富康源1号和黑龙江黑河市的两个品种黑果腺肋花楸果实内均含有16种水解氨基酸,包括6种必需氨基酸;黑龙江黑河市两个品种黑果腺肋花楸果实中氨基酸总量明显高于夏泾源县。黑龙江黑河的富康源1号中天冬氨酸含量最高,为0.097 g/100 g;黑宝石的谷氨酸含量最高,达0.110 g/100 g。宁夏泾源县黑宝石原花青素含量较黑龙江黑河市高32.81%,宁夏泾源县黑宝石和富康源1号的总黄酮含量分别较黑龙江黑河市的明显高34.15%和13.40%。②同一产地两个品种的原花青素、总黄酮含量差别不大,富康源1号的可溶性蛋白含量高于黑宝石。两个品种果实中钙含量均较高,维生素B6的含量最低,且黑宝石的钙含量明显高于富康源1号;富康源1号的β胡萝卜素、维生素C、维生素B6、锰含量均高于黑宝石。两个品种中未检测出维生素B1、B2和矿质元素锌。【结论】不同生长环境对黑果腺肋花楸果实营养成分的种类影响不明显,但是对于营养成分含量的影响较大。黑果腺肋花楸果实营养成分丰富,可以在宁夏开发利用。[Objective]Differences in nutritional components of Aronia melanocarpa(Michx.)Elliott fruit from different regions were explored to provide a basis for the further development and utilization of Aronia melanocarpa(Michx.)Elliott in Ningxia.[Methods]using the fruits of different varieties of four year old Aronia melanocarpa(Michx.)Elliott cultivated in Jingyuan County,Ningxia and Heihe City,Heilongjiang Province as test materials,the nutritional composition during the mature period was determined.[Results]Under different cultivation environments,except for 15 hydrolytic amino acids detected in the fruits of Aronia melanocarpa(Michx.)Elliott in Jingyuan County,Ningxia,Fukangyuan No.1 and two varieties of Aronia melanocarpa(Michx.)Elliott from Heihe City,Heilongjiang,both contained 16 hydrolytic amino acids,including 6 essential amino acids.The total amount of amino acids in the fruits of two varieties of Aronia melanocarpa(Michx.)Elliott in Heihe City,Heilongjiang Province is significantly higher than that in Xiajingyuan County.The content of aspartic acid in Fukangyuan 1 in Heihe,Heilongjiang is the highest,at 0.097 g/100 g.Glutamic acid content in Heibaoshi is the highest,reaching 0.110 g/100 g.The content of anthocyanins in the Heibaoshi of Jingyuan County,Ningxia is 32.81%higher than that of Heihe City,Heilongjiang Province.The total flavonoid content of the Heibaoshi and Fukangyuan 1 in Jingyuan County,Ningxia is significantly higher than that of Heihe City,Heilongjiang Province by 34.15%and 13.40%,respectively.There is no significant difference in the content of proanthocyanidins and total flavonoids between two varieties from the same origin,while the soluble protein content of Fukangyuan 1 is higher than that of Heibaoshi.The calcium content in the fruits of both varieties is relatively high,with the lowest content of vitamin B6,and the calcium content of Heibaoshi is significantly higher than that of Fukangyuan 1.Fukangyuan No.1βThe content of carotene,vitamin C,vitamin B6,and manganese is higher than tha
