语言服务视角下地方本科院校BTI人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：语言服务作为一个新兴行业,涉及的领域十分广泛,是国家经济社会发展和文化交流的重要支撑,因此,语言服务视角下的翻译专业人才培养应具有更加明显的职业化倾向和特征。作为语言服务人才的供给主体,地方本科院校应正视目前翻译本科专业人才培养过程中存在的问题,立足语言服务功能定位,改变传统人才培养方式,明确“翻译+技术+实践”理念,优化翻译专业课程群建设,提升教师专业素质,满足学生翻译实践需求。As an emerging industry,language service covers a wide range of fields and is an important support for economic and social development and cultural exchange as well.Therefore,the cultivation of translation professionals from the perspective of language service should have more obvious professionalism tendency and characteristics.As the main supplier of language service talents,local universities should take seriously the existing problems in the cultivation of translation professionals,changing the traditional way of cultivation based on the positioning of language service function,clarifying the concept of"translation+technology+practice"and optimizing the translation curriculum,improving the professional quality of teachers to meet the needs of students'translation practice.
