高校基本建设项目移交工作问题与对策

摘　　要：随着高校教育事业的不断发展,高校基本建设项目也在不断增加。在建设完成后,项目移交是一项必要的工作。针对目前高校单体建筑移交工作中存在的移交制度不健全、移交程序不规范、接收单位不明确、接收单位准备不足等问题,本文从建立健全管理制度、规范移交程序、明确接收单位、建立沟通机制等方面,提出了解决问题的具体措施和建议。With the continual development of higher education,the number of infrastructure projects in universities is also constantly increasing.Following the completion of construction,project handover becomes a necessary task.In light of the challenges such as inadequate handover system,irregular handover procedures,unclear recipient units,and insufficient preparation of the recipient unit,this paper proposes specific countermeasures and suggestions for resolving these issues,including establishing and improving management systems,standardizing handover procedures,clarifying recipient units,and establishing communication mechanisms.
