行洪安全背景下黄河下游滩区生态修复与服务体系构建初探——以台前黄河省级湿地建设为例

摘　　要：黄河下游在河南省濮阳-台前段滩区具有村落农田众多的特点,推进沿黄湿地生态修复工作时,应坚守底线思维,在保证行洪安全的前提下进行适度利用。本文针对台前县滩区空间特点,采用综合性生态修复策略,提高植物群落多样性,保留迁建村庄旧有的印记和文化元素,利用现状生产堰构建慢行交通,增加多样的功能活动场地及配套服务场地,提升滩区未搬迁居民及旅游人群的休闲体验,在新时期更好地传承“黄河故事”。The lower reaches of the Yellow River in the Puyang-Taiqian section of Henan Province have characteristics of numerous villages and agricultural lands.The promotion of the ecological restoration of wetlands along the Yellow River should adhere to a bottom-line mindset and develop construction in a moderate manner while ensuring flood discharge safety.This article introduces a comprehensive ecological restoration strategy based on the spatial characteristics of Taiqian County's wetland area,which aims to improve the biodiversity of plant communities,retain the old imprints and cultural elements of relocated villages,construct leisure activities in slow traffic through existing production weirs,increase diversified functional areas and supporting services areas,enhance the leisure experience of evacuated residents and tourists,and better inherit the"Yellow River Story"in the new era.
