纳他霉素滴眼剂与伏立康唑滴眼液治疗真菌性角膜炎的效果对比与安全性观察

摘　　要：目的 对比纳他霉素滴眼剂与伏立康唑滴眼液治疗真菌性角膜炎的有效性和安全性。方法 共选取我院在2018年7月至2020年4月收治的80例真菌性角膜炎患者作为主要对象,采用数字随机表法将其分为两组,每组40例。对照组用伏立康唑滴眼液治疗,先每30分钟滴眼1次,最后每60分钟滴眼1次,而后每2小时滴眼1次,每次滴1滴,治疗7d;观察组用纳他霉素滴眼剂治疗,开始的24h内每30分钟滴眼1次,调整为每60分钟滴眼1次,滴1滴,而后调整为每2小时滴眼1次,滴1滴,治疗7d。对比两种药物的治疗有效性和安全性。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率是95.0%,显著高于对照组的80.0%,差异显著(χ^(2)=4.114,P <0.05);治疗后两组患者的视力水平均较治疗前改善,治疗后的观察组患者视力优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的眼部症状评分均小于治疗前,观察组治疗后的眼部症状评分明显小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组与对照组患者的视力水平均大于治疗前,观察组大于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间均未出现不良反应症状。结论 在真菌性角膜炎的治疗上,纳他霉素滴眼剂的总体治疗效果优于伏立康唑滴眼液,更有利于改善眼部症状,同时也有利于改善视力水平,故值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of binatamycin eye drops and Voriconazole eye drops in the treatment of fungal keratitis. Methods A total of 80 patients with fungal keratitis admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the main subjects, and they were divided into two groups using a number random table method, with 40 cases in each group.
