“双一流”背景下基于创新人才培养的民族院校生物科学专业《人体与动物生理学》课程的教学改革探讨

摘　　要：在民族院校“双一流”建设的背景下,中央民族大学生命与环境科学学院尝试基于创新人才培养的生物科学专业《人体与动物生理学》一流课程的教改探索,旨在建立以学生为中心的差异化教学模式。通过知识传授和价值引领,培养“能够适应和驾驭未来”的创新人才。在实施中,我们注重引入思政元素,充分运用线上线下的混合教学模式,构建“生理+病理+药理”三层次的特色融合知识体系,并结合“理论+实验+创新性实践”的实践教学指导方案。此外,本次教改紧密配合基于国际视野的高水平教师队伍建设是创新人才培养体系建设成功的关键保障,完善其他教学质量评价制度建设的实施,相得益彰,初见成效。我们阐述教改的方案、实施感悟和优势,拟为一流课程建设和一流本科人才培养提供参考。In the context of the"Double First-class"construction of ethnic colleges,we try to explore the teaching reform of Human&Animal Physiology in the biological science curriculum of ethnic colleges based on the cultivation of innovative talents,to establish a student-centered and differentiated teaching model.Through knowledge transfer and value guidance,we aim to cultivate innovative talents who are"able to adapt to and navigate the future".In the course,we focus on introducing ideological and political elements,and adopt a hybrid online and offline teaching model to build a three-level and integrated knowledge system of"Physiology+Pathology+Pharmacology",and combine it with a practical teaching programme of"Theory+Experiments+Innovative practice".In addition,This teaching reform closely with the construction of high-level teachers based on the international perspective is the key guarantee for the success of the construction of the innovative talent training system.The implementation of the construction of other teaching quality evaluation systems should be improved,which complement each other and achieve initial results.We elaborate on the content and implementation insights and advantages of the teaching reform,and provide a reference for the construction of first-class courses and the cultivation of first-class undergraduate talents.
