摘  要:针对一种盖板式分体管廊仓体高,导致其模具结构存在刚强度可能不足、质量过大的问题,对其主体结构静态和动态性能进行了研究。提出以管廊仓体模具结构静态载荷下刚度最大和动态低阶固有频率最大为目标,采用折衷规划法和平均频率法对管廊仓体模具侧模板、内模板结构进行拓扑优化,得到结构单元密度图,找出管廊模具结构的薄弱位置,进而对侧模板、内模板结构进行重新布局,通过建立尺寸参数优化的数学模型,对关键尺寸加强肋和模板厚度参数进行优化。研究结果显示:优化后的管廊仓体模具结构不仅提高了力学性能和抑制振动能力,而且管廊模具进一步轻量化,达到较为理想的优化目标。Aiming at the high height of a cover plate split pipe gallery,which leads to the problems of excessive quality of die structure and insufficient rigidity and strength under working conditions,the static and dynamic performance of its main structure is studied.Aiming at the maximum stiffness and the maximum dynamic low order natural frequency of the pipe gallery mold structure under static load,the compromise planning method and average frequency method were used to optimize the structure of the side template and the inner template of the pipe gallery warehouse body mold,and the structure unit density diagram was obtained to find out the weak position of the pipe gallery mold structure,and then the side template and inner template structure were rearranged The mathematical model of dimension parameter optimization is established to optimize the thickness parameters of key dimension reinforcing rib and template.The results show that:the optimized structure of the pipe gallery can not only improve the mechanical properties and vibration suppression ability,but also achieve the further lightweight design of the pipe gallery mold,and finally achieve the optimization goal.
