摘　　要：目的报告繁茂型牙骨质-骨结构不良(cemento-osseous dysplasia,COD)1例并对相关文献进行复习。方法根据影像学资料对繁茂型牙骨质-骨结构不良做出诊断,并对本病例进行详细报告。结果本病是一种发生于颌骨内的多灶性的非肿瘤性病变,一旦出现并发症需对症治疗。繁茂型COD依靠影像学检查进行诊断,应与骨化纤维瘤、牙瘤、牙骨质瘤等疾病相鉴别。结论对于口腔科医生应熟悉此类疾病的临床表现,避免误诊和不当干预。Objective To report a case of florid cemento-osseous dysplasia(COD)and to summarize its clinical characteristics through literature review.Methods A case of florid COD was reported in details based on the imaging data.Results Florid COD was a benign,multifocal,fibro-osseous dysplastic lesion of the jaw.The imaging manifestations of florid COD were easily confused with other jaw diseases like apical cyst and ossifying fibroma.Conclusion Clinical manifestations of florid COD should be well mastered by dentists aiming to prevent misdiagnosis and improper management.
