骨皮质切开术研究的文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的通过对骨皮质切开术研究进行文献计量分析,探讨近20年骨皮质切开术研究的热点和趋势。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库CNKI和web of science 2000~2022年关于骨皮质切开术研究的相关文献,利用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对作者、机构、国家、关键词等信息进行文献计量可视化分析。结果该研究共纳入知网文献137篇,web of science文献156篇。年度出版分析证实,本热点在国内外均属于上升期。频次及中心度较高的关键词研究中,知网文献关键词为骨密度、牙槽骨、错牙合、尖牙回收。Web of science文献关键词为Class-Ⅱmalocclusion、beam-computed tomography、carine retraction、bone augmentation、fibroblasts。突现词研究显示,知网文献突现词为牙齿移动、正畸、错牙合、牙根吸收、区域加速、头姿、骨增量、加速正畸、微创。Web of science文献突现词为osteotomy、corticotomy、clinician、biology、movement、nonextraction、Periodontally Accelerated Osteogenic Orthodontics、alignment、removal、distraction。结论本研究证实骨皮质切开术领域已逐步进入稳定发展阶段,团队、机构需继续加强合作国内外交流,建议临床医师重视微创骨皮质切开术、骨增量、龈沟液等热点,继续深入骨皮质切开术相关研究。Objective This study is performed to analyze the literatures of Periodontally Accelerated Osteogenic Orthodontics(PAOO),and to explore the hot spot and trend of PAOO in past 2 decades.Methods The relevant literatures on the research of PAOO in CNKI and web of science from 2000 to 2022 were searched,and the author,institution,country,keywords and other information were visually analyzed by CiteSpace and VOSviewer software.Results A total of 137 articles on CNKI database and 156 articles on web of science database were included in this study.The annual publication analysis suggested that this hot spot belongs to the rising period at home and abroad.Keywords of CNKI literatures were high frequency include bone mineral density,alveolar bone,malocclusion and canine recovery.Keywords of web of science literatures were Class-Ⅱmalocclusion、beam-computed tomography、carine retraction、bone augmentation、fibroblasts.The burst keywords of CNKI literatures were tooth movement,orthodontics,malocclusion,root resorption,regional acceleration,head posture,bone increment,accelerated orthodontics and minimally invasive surgery.The burst keywords of web of science literatures were osteotomy,corticotomy,clinician,biology,movement,nonextraction,periodontally accelerated osteogenic orthodontics,alignment,removal,distraction.Conclusion This study demonstrated that the field of PAOO has gradually entered a stable stage of development.Teams and institutions need to continue to strengthen cooperation and exchange at home and abroad.It is recommended that clinicians pay attention to piezocision,bone augmentation,gingival crevicular fluid and other hot spots,and continue to deepen the research of PAOO.
