中国口腔预防医学的研究现况及未来趋势分析-基于中国知网的CiteSpace分析(2011~2020)

摘　　要：目的了解近10年中国口腔预防领域的研究现状、热点及发展趋势。方法本文对2011年1月1日~2020年12月31日中国知网数据库的429篇文章,运用CiteSpace 5.3.R4软件进行可视化分析,探寻我国口腔预防领域的研究演变及前沿热点。结果近十年发文量随时间变化大体呈上升趋势,发表文献机构最多的为上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院;发表口腔预防相关文献排名第一的期刊为《全科口腔医学电子杂志》;发文最多的作者为上海市口腔疾病防治院的张颖教授;研究主要围绕儿童龋病;研究层次最多的在技术开发方面;关键词聚类可见研究热点集中在预防、口腔综合保健、儿童龋病方面。结论口腔预防研究热点集中在预防、口腔综合保健、口腔疾病、儿童龋病方面。2016年以后人工骨、口腔健康教育、口腔并发症、儿童龋病、糖尿病、牙周牙体治疗以及预防效果成为最新研究热点。Objective To evaluate the research status,hot spots and development trends in the preventive dentistry field of China in the past 10 years.Methods In this paper,the software CiteSpace 5.3.R4 was used to visually analyze 429 articles in CNKI database from January 1,2011 to December 31,2020,and we explored the development changes and frontier hot spots in the field of preventive dentistry in China.Results In recent ten years,the number of papers published has generally shown an upward trend over time,and began to decrease in2018;the No.9 People's Hospital Affiliated to the Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University published the most papers;the number one journal to publish literature related to preventive dentistry is the Electronic Journal of General Practice Stomatology;the author who published the most articles was Ying Zhang from Cavity Prevention Center in Shanghai;the most research topic is dental caries in children;the most research level is in the technology development;the research focuses on prevention,comprehensive oral health care and caries in children.Conclusion The research hot spots of preventive dentistry focus on prevention,comprehensive oral health care,oral diseases and childhood caries.Since 2016,artificial bone,oral health education,oral diseases,children's caries and diabetes,periodontal treatment,diabetes and prevention effects have become research hot spots.
