摘 要:目的观察脑卒中后膝过伸患者采用强化膝关节控制训练的效果。方法选取2021年1—10月期间中山市中医院收治的60例脑卒中后膝过伸患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30例,常规康复训练)与治疗组(30例,常规康复训练联合强化膝关节控制训练),2组患者均训练2周。训练结束时,对比2组患者治疗效果、平衡功能[采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)评估]及步行功能[采用“起立-行走”计时测试(TUGT)评估]、下肢运动功能[采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评估]。结果2组治疗有效率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,2组患者BBS评分、TUGT时间及FMA评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组BBS评分、FMA评分升高,TUGT时间缩短,且治疗组患者BBS评分、FMA评分高于对照组,TUGT时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中后膝过伸患者在常规康复训练基础上联合强化膝关节控制训练的效果显著,利于改善下肢运动功能,提高平衡功能及步行能力,值得借鉴。Objective To observe the effect of intensive knee control training in patients with knee hyperextension after stroke.Methods 60 patients with knee hyperextension after stroke treated in our hospital from January 1,2021 to October,2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group(30 cases,routine rehabilitation training)and treatment group(30 cases,routine rehabilitation training combined with intensive knee control training).Both groups were trained for 2 weeks.At the end of training,the treatment effect,balance function[assessed by Berg Balance Scale(BBS)]and walking function[assessed by"stand walk"timing test(TUGT)]and lower limb motor function[assessed by Fugl Meyer motor function scale(FMA)]were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in BBS score,tugt time and FMA score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the BBS score and FMA score of the two groups increased and the tugt time shortened.The BBS score and FMA score of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and the tugt time was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After stroke patients with knee hyperextension combined with strengthening knee joint control training on the basis of routine rehabilitation training,the effect is remarkable,which is conducive to improve the lower limb motor function,balance function and walking ability of patients.It is worthy to be recommended in the rehabilitation training of patients with knee hyperextension after stroke.
