摘　　要：3月的海南东屿岛,碧海蓝天、绿意盎然,一座题为“一带一路之歌”的雕塑静静矗立在三江汇海处。时隔3年,来自50多个国家和地区的约2000名代表再次在线下相聚博鳌亚洲论坛年会(以下简称“年会”),围绕主题“不确定的世界:团结合作迎挑战,开放包容促发展”,共商亚洲和全球发展大计,“一带一路”再次成为年会热议话题。Kazakhstan,an initiator of the Silk Road Economic Belt(together with the 21st-century Maritime Silk Road,known as the Belt and Road)10 years ago.has achieved amounts of achievements in the Belt and Road cooperation,including major infrastructure projects such as the China-Kazakhstan(Lianyungang)Logistics Cooperation Base,Horgos-Fast Gate Special Economic Zone Dry Port,cross-border railway network,and Western Europe-Western China Expressway.
