摘 要:目的:构建医学生核心职业素养指标体系,为开展新医科背景下医学生核心职业素养培养、评价等提供参考。方法:通过文献分析法和结构式访谈法初步构建指标体系,参考相关文献形成专家咨询问卷,采用德尔菲法面向17位专家进行两轮咨询。结果:两轮专家咨询问卷回收率均为100%,第2轮指标体系变异系数一级指标0.00~0.29、二级指标0.00~0.28和观测点0.00~0.28。最终形成医学生核心职业素养指标体系一级指标7项,二级指标18项,观测点73项。结论:本研究构建了医学生核心职业素养指标体系,可为新时代医学人才培养和评价提供参考依据。Objective To construct the medical students′core professional literacy index system,and provide reference for the cultivation and evaluation of medical students′core professional literacy in the New Era.Methods By using the method of literature review and structured interview,the index system was established.The relevant literature was used to form an expert consultation questionnaire.And the Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of consultation with 17 experts.Results The recovery rate of two rounds of expert consultation questionnaire was 100%.The coefficient of variation of first grade index of the second round was from 0.00 to 0.29,of the second grade index was from 0.00 to 0.28,and of the observation point was from 0.00 to 0.28.Finally,the core professional quality index system of medical students was formed in 7 first-level indicators,18 second-level indicators and 73 observation points.Conclusion The index system of medical students′core professional quality was constructed,which can provide reference for the training and evaluation of medical talents in the New Era.
