摘 要:以液压支架四连杆机构为研究对象,结合四连杆机构的运动简图,构建了四连杆机构的运动模型,借助MATLAB开展了基于牛顿-辛普森法的支架四连杆机构运动理论分析,并与ADAMS仿真结果进行对比,证明了理论分析的正确性,并分析得到了支架升降架过程中前连杆与掩护梁角加速度的变化曲线。同时基于Simulink平台构建了四连杆机构的运动仿真模型,并证明了仿真模型的正确性。可为液压支架的运动检测提供理论基础。Taking the four-link mechanism of hydraulic support as the research object,combined with the motion diagram of the four-link mechanism,the motion model of the four-link mechanism was constructed.With the help of MATLAB,the motion theoretical analysis of support four-link mechanism based on Newton-Simpson method was carried out,and the results were compared with ADAMS simulation to prove the correctness of the theoretical analysis,and the change curve of angular acceleration of front connecting rod and shield beam during the lifting process of support was analyzed and obtained.At the same time,the motion simulation model of four-link mechanism was constructed based on Simulink platform,and the correctness of the simulation model was proved.It can provide a theoretical basis for the motion detection of hydraulic support.
