摘  要:为了提高采煤机虚拟现实(VR)系统的场景显示效果,首先构建了采煤机姿态虚拟仿真方法流程,设计了采煤机VR系统总体架构;确定了以UDP网络协议为基础的采煤机实时传感数据流通信方法,提出了基于采煤机状态的实时模拟量数据插补推测融合算法;结合物理光照模型、实时渲染等新兴技术,提出了采煤机关键监测数据的实时特效渲染及传感数据和模型融合渲染方法,为采煤机VR监控提供了准确、直观和真实的表达方案。搭建了采煤机VR监控实验平台,验证了所设计采煤机VR系统的可行性和实用性。In order to improve the scene display effect of shearer virtual reality(VR)system,firstly constructed the virtual simulation method flow of shearer posture,and designed the overall architecture of shearer VR system.The real-time sensing data stream communication method of shearer based on UDP network protocol was determined,and the real-time analog data interpolation and conjecture fusion algorithm based on shearer status was proposed.Combined with emerging technologies such as physical lighting model and real-time rendering,the real-time special effect rendering of key monitoring data of shearer and the fusion rendering method of sensing data and model were proposed,which provides an accurate,intuitive and real expression scheme for VR monitoring of shearer.The VR monitoring experimental platform of the shearer was built to verify the feasibility and practicability of the designed VR system of the shearer.
