摘　　要：采用软测量技术对PVC沸腾床干燥过程进行智能控制改造。以风量、床温、热水温度、进料量等参数为辅助变量,通过主元分析,基于线性回归方法对干燥床温度、风量和PVC树脂水含量进行建模,实现了PVC树脂水含量的在线实时模拟测量。Intelligent control transformation had been carried out on PVC fluidized bed drying process based on soft sensor technique.The drying bed temperature,drying air volume and water content of PVC resin were modeled by using linear regression method and principal component analysis with parameters such as drying air volume,drying bed temperature,hot water temperature and feed rate as auxilinry varia-bles.The online real-time simulation measurement of water content of PVC resin was achieved.
