摘　　要：产品的标准化设计与研制是提高产品开发质量、加快产品研制速度、避免产品设计失误的重要方法与手段。科华公司是一家从事UPS电源生产制造的企业,本文从产品设计理念与技巧等角度,通过对UPS类电力电子功率电源产品的软、硬件设计标准化工作开展研究。通过开展产品的标准化设计工作,解决当前UPS产品日益膨胀后所带来的产品设计质量风险,并缩短产品研发周期与上市周期。The standardized design and development of products is an important method and means to improve the quality of product development,accelerate the speed of product development,and avoid product design errors.Kehua Company is an enterprise engaged in the manufacturing of UPS power supplies.From the perspectives of concepts and techniques of product design,this paper studied the standardization of software and hardware design for UPS power supply products.By carrying out product standardization design work,this paper solved the product design quality risks caused by the current UPS product expansion,and shorten the product development cycle and launch cycle.
