华佗再造丸联合银杏达莫治疗急性脑梗死的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者采用华佗再造丸联合银杏达莫治疗对临床效果的影响.方法选取2021年1月-2022年6月新余矿业医院收治的ACI患者共计89例,根据随机摸球法将其分成观察组(n=44)与对照组(n=45),对照组采用常规治疗+银杏达莫,观察组采用常规治疗+银杏达莫+华佗再造丸,对两组临床疗效、神经功能、血管内皮功能及不良反应发生情况进行比较.结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照组明显更高(P<0.05);治疗后两组美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)明显降低(P<0.05),观察组评分较对照组明显更低(P<0.05);治疗后两组内皮素-1(ET-1)水平明显降低(P<0.05),一氧化氮(NO)水平明显提高(P<0.05),与对照组比较,观察组ET-1水平明显更低(P<0.05),NO水平明显更高(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率较对照组明显更低(P<0.05).结论华佗再造丸联合银杏达莫用于治疗ACI,能够提高临床疗效,改善患者血管内皮功能,促进其神经功能恢复,降低不良反应发生率.Objective To investigate the clinical effects of combined treatment with Huatuo reconstructed pill and ginkgo Damo in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 89 ACI patients treated in Xinyu mining hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into an observation groupn(=44)versus a control group(n=45)according to the random elsuive ball method,the control group was treated with conventional treatmnet+ginkgo Damo,and the observation group was treated with conevntional treatment+ginkgo Damo+huatos reconstitution pills,and the clinical efficacy,neurological function,vascular endothelial function,and occurrence of adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the National Institutes of health neurological deficit scores(NIHSS)of the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control groupP(<0.05);after treatment,endothelin-1(ET-1)levels were signiifcantly decreased P(<0.05)and nitric oxide(NO)levels were significantly increased(P<0.05)in both groups,and compared with the control group,ET-1 levels were significantly lower P(<0.05)and NO levels were significantly higherP(<0.05)in the observation group;the incidence of adverse effetcs was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Huatuo reconstructed pill combined with Ginkgo Damo for the treatment of ACI is able to improve the clinicl aefficacy,improve the vascular endothelial ufnction of patients,promote their neurological recovery,and reduce the incidence of adverse effects.
