芪龙胶囊治疗面神经炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察芪龙胶囊对面神经炎患者的临床治疗作用.方法100例患者随机分为治疗组(n=52)和对照组(n=48),对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服芪龙胶囊治疗.四周后,观察两组患者治疗前后神经电生理参数及血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化和临床疗效.结果治疗组治疗后面神经电生理参数明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组比对照组血清VEGF、NO、SOD表达水平明显升高,治疗组总有效率(94.23%)明显高于对照组(50.00%)(P<0.05).结论芪龙胶囊能明显改善面神经炎患者的治疗效果,值得推广.Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qilong capsule in the treatment of facial neuritis.Methods 100 cases of facial neuritis patients were classified into treament group(52 cases)and control group(48 cases).The control group were given the standard reatment.The treament group were treated with Qilong capsule ebsides the reatment methods of control group.After four weekosf treatment,to observe the clinical effect,the physiological parameters o ffacial nerve,the expression of VEGF,NO,SODR.esults After four weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,the physiological parameters of facial nerve ameliorated effectivelyP(<0.05),the serum levels of VEGF,NO,SOD were increased effectively in the treament gruop.The total effective rate was 94.23%in the treament groupc,ompared with 50.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qilong capsule were effective in the treatment of facial neuritis.
