摘  要:肿瘤发展与其无限增殖、凋亡受抑制密不可分,其发生发展实际上是由多种致病因素共同作用下的一个多级别、多步骤过程。癌症晚期患者常常失去手术机会而行以放化疗为主的综合治疗,但联合治疗全身不良反应较重,患者往往不能耐受,且常因转移复发或耐药等因素导致治疗失败。从天然产物中寻找高效低毒的抗肿瘤活性成分用于临床辅助治疗,是抗肿瘤药物研究的新途径。黑蒜作为新鲜大蒜加工而成的产物,由于其极大程度保留了大蒜原本的营养成分且生物活性相比大蒜有明显提高,并且在抗氧化、消炎以及对抗癌症和癌症的辅助治疗方面有着很好的功效,有望成为一种新型的抗癌药物,其机制仍需进一步高质量实验来证明。本文通过查阅近年来国内外的文献,就黑蒜抗肿瘤细胞的作用展开相关综述。Tumor development is inseparable from its unlimited proliferation and inhibition of apoptosis.Its occurrence and development is actually a multi-level and multi-step process under the joint action of various pathogenic factors.Patients with advanced cancer often lose the opportunity of surgery and undergo comprehensive treatment based on radiotherapy and chemotherapy.However,the combined treatment has serious systemic adverse reactions.Patients often cannot tolerate it,and often fail due to factors such as metastasis,recurrence or drug resistance.It is a new way to find anti-tumor active ingredients with high efficiency and low toxicity from natural products for clinical adjuvant therapy.As a product processed from fresh garlic,black garlic is expected to become a new type of anticancer drug because it retains the original nutrients of garlic to a great extent and its biological activity is significantly improved compared with garlic,and it has good effects in anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation and adjuvant therapy against cancer and cancer.Its mechanism still needs further high quality experiments to prove.In this paper,the effects of black garlic on anti-tumor cells were reviewed by consulting the literature at home and abroad in recent years.
